Specified soap products containing or made using oil palm were added to Annex I in 2026.

Updated entries include specified ex 3401 soap categories, subject to exact CN wording and exemptions.

Newly added products generally apply from 30 December 2027.

Not every soap is covered. Confirm whether oil palm is used and whether the exact CN entry applies.
